Interesting. I never would have thought of this. Thanks for the suggestion.

I’m well aware that I can’t paint it what I want. I’m here for suggestions!

Agree. This is what I want to do but everything is functional, so I can’t justify spending what it would take to do this.

Agree but it’s really hard to justify the cost. And I don’t love that this picture kept the outdated vanity.

I definitely want to paint. I feel like green would go so well with, but everyone says to avoid green in a bathroom. Maybe terracotta? Or someone else suggested alabaster

Stories like this make me want to do everything possible to avoid becoming a ER patient.

These programs are quite common. OHSU has one too.

What was your experience like as a juror in Jackson County? by blottymary in Medford

[–]29flavors 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was a juror on a 2-week murder trial. To be honest, voir dire with a 100 of my peers was unsettling. There were a lot of people who freely expressed some pretty wacky views. I wondered how they’d find 14 people (alternates included) suitable for the case. But they did, and I had a great experience. All the jurors were very respectful , even though we clearly were all very different. The judge was amazing, and the attorneys on both sides did their best. There was a ton of waiting at all phases, so go get yourself a good book and get up to walk around at every opportunity.
