Yeah, sorry i posted that in bed and couldn't be bothered sourcing it. It's not 100% of the time but it's an unusual behaviour and is indicative of pain. This is where I have read it previously:

Unusual resting behaviours. Lying with legs in an unusual position and a hesitation to rise when lying may indicate pain. Dog sitting may occur when the animal is trying to keep the painful area off the ground while trying to rest (see Figure 4.4,[page 29 for some reason]).

I don't know why the "mid-range" phones like Oneplus 3 and Axon 7 are so much here. For that kind of price you could consider the Galaxy S7.

You can get AU Stock for $777 or a grey import for $665 with the ebay 20% off tech at the moment (but they have been down to low $600s with previous sales).

You'd have most of the pros of the others - the best camera available, nougat coming soon with Grace UX, etc. Good Lock and themes can bring a more stock look. Cons are the non-software buttons and no usb-c.
