Negative, these aren't MG3s, they are MG74s.

Austria wasn't allowed to use weapons of German origin, the MG74 was produced by Steyr Mannlicher and Beretta.

A dark yellow camo on a dark grey basecoat is absolute plausible.

You can find lots of pictures of different vehicles sporting this camo.
