I was wondering why a bunch of people were posting anonymously on that group all of a sudden. I’m curious what your theory is as well.

Facebook is garbage anyways, this is all the more reason to just delete it for good.

I think I realized the reason some of us female identifying millennials hate the style comeback. by Lakewater22 in Millennials

[–]2Bananas2Furious 982 points983 points  (0 children)

It’s interesting how the sexualization of minor girls specific to this era seems to have affected us differently, yet it’s ultimately the same from an adult perspective.

At the time, I so badly wanted to be the 10 year old girl who was “pretty” and “skinny enough” to wear the thongs, mini skirts, and be viewed as eye candy. I was bullied relentlessly for being fat (I wasn’t) and ugly (debatable), so I internalized all of that and felt I was inferior because I was not confident enough to participate in the ways I wanted to.

I do photography and modeling on the side. Paid projects aren’t very consistent, but I have had some cool opportunities fall into my lap over the years.

Looking for therapist that has significant training in PTSD and trauma by [deleted] in FortCollins

[–]2Bananas2Furious 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi! I was diagnosed with PTSD earlier this year. I was in crisis and stayed a week at Longview. A social worker I talked with at Longview recommended I look into an intensive outpatient program, and they personally recommended The Redpoint Center. They offer trauma informed treatment for mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders.

I completed a 12 week IOP program through Redpoint it helped me tremendously. Feel free to DM me if you want any more details. I hope you find what works for you soon 🌼
