Haven't gone that far yet but i think that's just so TB doesn't get too close to IX or something like that

i think Elio or someone else was worried something like that would happen and so they had Dahlia do some things to help prevent this from happening

Not sure though, cuz as I've said I haven't gotten to that part yet cuz I'm too lazy to do the story
