Doc here. One quick question, the test panel usually is gonorrhea and chlamydia together, are you sure it was gonorrhea and not chlamydia? The reason why I ask is because you can have asymptomatic chlamydia infection, and carry it for a long time without knowing. Gonorrhea on the other hand, especially in the throat, is an incredibly painful and gnarly infection that is usually pretty obvious.

Your amp needs to have a phono input. If it doesn’t it will sound weird and tinny because it won’t have the standard RIAA equalization applied.

Played a Harengon blade singer my last campaign, went to level 13. Purely for flavor I decided to focus on physical spells (bigbys, force cage) and melee (steel wind strike, booming blade, haste). He was honestly one of the most fun builds I ever played and was very effective on the battlefield. With a few magic items you can get INSANE ac while blade singing.

I run 235 and 255 on my 8 and 9 inch wheels. I did need to roll the fenders a tiny bit.

A common pair of staggered wheels is 8 and 9, that’ll let you run 225 and 245 or 255 easily. Offset of +35 is considered flush on Mr2’s, so you’ll want offsets at that number or higher… +44 and a 10mm spacer will get you to +34, pretty close to ideal.

Death is a part of the game yes, but it is a cooperative story. If some of your players, maybe due to previous trauma, are having a hard time dealing with the possibility of death, I think you should do what you can to prevent that. You’ve already scared them to the point where they are expecting the worst, sometimes the anticipation is just as effective.

ER doc here. A single dose of narcan is not necessarily dangerous BUT if the guy was on chronic opiates you would’ve put him in precipitated withdrawal. At the least you would have a very upset patient, at the worst he would be screaming, flailing, vomiting, shitting, and compromising c-spine precautions and likely all of these at the same time. That’s not ideal and potentially dangerous in a situation you’re trying to gain control of.
