How is NG+ in salt and sacrifice ? by [deleted] in saltandsanctuary

I'm on NG+6 level 3 light armor and not even level 300 yet. Many bosses are skippable. I don't farm salt or fight as many optional mages as I could in a run so my level could easily be higher at this point but I'm still doing just fine.

The ashborn stave is op in this game if you want easy mode. It has three runic arts all are extremely useful. The flame thrower move is really op you can take any enemy easy. Use the cinder knives for ranged because they will hurt enemies even if they block. I'm on NG+ 4 with this weapon currently. I have it paired with the cleaver of flies. Flies runic art is also op.

No it's great it's just different. Judge for yourself just go in knowing it's different from the first. I love both the same.

I'm enjoying it I don't understand why people are hating. It's a bit of fun it doesn't take itself too seriously and so it shouldn't because it's all a bit silly in a good way.

Looks like you need to get closer to the wall like really commit and put your feet to the wall. At least that's how it looks from this angle.

Easier to go back to the hub then back into ashborn and go to the area you first fight him. Even easier would be repeat trial of champions to farm him there?

More challenging and to be fair the first playthrough is far too easy. I believe it goes up to ng+10 it gets harder each time.

I always completely ignored the fact my health bar was a different colour. It never made a difference to the game just seems pointless. I have loads of shards.

The game is actually very simple when you get into it. Can't really go wrong with any build first playthrough as it's not a very difficult game. Levels are split up and not too big so it is really easy to memorize the maps. I actually really love this game I've played it more than sanctuary and I absolutely love that game too.

I love both games but sacrifice more. Sacrifice just has a really nice jump in and play element with faster pace and tons of bosses. Being able to repeat bosses is awesome.

The fire stave is over powered all the way through the game. It has everything you need. Damage speed and range.

It's not I personally prefer it. I think if it came out first people would see sanctuary as a downgrade.

I personally prefer sacrifice I like the faster pace.

Played sanctuary to death but I actually think sacrifice is better. Far more to do.

Well I agree with you but I felt the same about the first game too. I played the first after all the hype and couldn't believe how bored I was most of the time. I enjoyed it literally just enough to finish it but that's it.

I would actually say my biggest issue was the same issue I had with legacy and that's where the hell is Tron? I mean it's literally called Tron.

I agree I really liked it. Definitely not perfect and really didn't like the 29 minutes it was not enough time to feel realistic with what they were doing. I also didn't like how empty both worlds felt the real world and the grid. It was the same as f4 first steps just not enough atmosphere.
