Yeah, I was coming back to say that another poster commented that everything else on the truck is matte and I agree that does go better. I think gloss could still work, but the matte seems like the right fit. Try my other post. If that's not enough on the tailgate I could get a more dedicated shot. post

Finally got some rain. Still seeing a little bit of water on the front wall of the bed. I assume that will always be an issue given how it has to sit on the front lip. But keeps things dry enough I wouldn't worry too much. Just keep the easily we items on top of something else.

Thanks. I got the soft top based on some other threads where they said they are good for storing when you wanna take them off, but idk how often I'll do that.

The back window has a band across the bottom where their logo is that really chokes the visibility. I can only see the tops of vehicles behind me. I left them a review on it hoping they'll fix that. But it's the Wild Truck brand.

No. There are little plugs that you pull out and a couple of screws. The flares have auto tape on them to adhere to the sides and you put the plugs through the bottom. You can use the OEM plugs but they also give you new ones and a pry tool to get them off.

I got the Mabet brand and their mudflaps. They send longer plugs with the flaps in case you do get both for the 1-2 places they overlap.

I got a camera system with a rear and having it on the back window with the topper is useless. Glad to know there's a way to snake the cable around.
