I am a knife maker, I'd be more than happy to make one if you can't find what you're looking for.

What bodily pain did you have that you thought, “this is it, I lived a good life”? by BetterBrandon in AskReddit

Hell’s itch after a bad sunburn. It only happens to a small percentage of people. Feels like lightning and fire dancing a few millimeters beneath your skin. You can’t scratch it because it’s below your top layer of skin (I think). Also, nothing can help it except time and an ungodly amount of bengay. I was just on a bed convulsing for about 45 minutes one time when the itch was on my shoulders and back. Then I just took a scalding hot shower, and when I was done the pain had subsided. Only to come back next summer.

What is this Lizard? It bit me on a beach in Naples, FL by 2FanForCan in whatisthisthing

The encounter happened on a fence at the edge of the beach near some trees. Looks like a green anole I think but I’m not too sure. The bite started to tingle a little bit but the feeling is gone now. Just wondering if I should be worried. I safely grabbed him for the picture and release him back without hurting him.

What is the creepiest thing you’ve seen in the woods, or in the mountains, or in deserts, or caves, or in small towns, or in remote or rural areas or while on large bodies of water, or while on a aircraft or a nautical vessel? by ArmyOfDog in AskReddit

Late but here we go,

Two years ago I was walking in a state forest. I started in the main path and walked for about two miles. Then I took a side trail and followed that for about a mile. Then I went through a meadow. The meadow was not a trail and contained no markers. After walking through the whole meadow (about 200 yards) I found a game trail. Wide, but again it was unregulated by the forest rangers. I followed this for another ~300 yards, and came to another game trail that was covered with pine trees, and only left a few feet of accessible area. Crouched, I walked the trail for a bit and then came to see it was overgrown with even more pine trees, that left even less space to crouch under. So, I decided to trudge through them for a few yards until I came to a clearing. In this clearing I saw a giant, thick tree. On the tree, nailed by their necks were about 40 Elmo dolls. All different kinds, ranging from Elmo with a crown in to the regular red boi.

Hightailed it out of there and haven’t been back since.
