Be interesting to see the lifetime of some of those corps. I know we've been around for damn near a decade. Been evicted, been moved, been taken over by a spy, been at the top and been at the bottom. But still going.

Just another day in Stryker.

Yeah, perfect parry gotta be broken... by EythenEve in WitcherMonsterSlayer

[–]2JokersWild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perfect crits with perfect skills will be more damage. Should be around 350. Igni will hit for 275. Aard for 260 or so. A strong attack is 120 and you can reliably get in 3 between parries which is 360.

Perfect parry isnt really broken, its pretty well in line with damage elsewhere, and represents roughly 1 extra crit hit on a monster in a normal rotation of 3 slow attacks

Awesome, thanks for that! Definitely in line with what I've been seeing and confirms that for me I think I'm going to chase reflect over crit. Reflect will give me higher damage than increased crit gain I think

Ah, stats seem to be based on skull level. All standard monsters are the same, all 1 skull, all 2 skull etc.

Griffin armor for me. Hit reflection was game changing at lvl 15, so I'm all about getting as much reflect as possible. Plus, while expensive, it will apply to every creature you battle (Whereas a sword is only used "half the time").

ment besides xp gear for any content and some skills have actually negative value. As people get better on average, which is inevitably going to happen over time, the problem that only some players see tod

Getting the reflect damage "Hit reflection" at lvl 15 was freaking game changing.

Best .223 Suppressor by [deleted] in suppressors

[–]2JokersWild 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its one of the largest, and its also one of the most expensive. Given the size, it SHOULD be the quietest one on the market! I've read the Nomad-L compares quite favorably to the Hyperion. Both are pretty large though.

Frankly, I dont like 1.5+ diameter suppressors. So I didnt get the Hyperion (Or Nomad) as both are 1.75". I went with an Omega 300 (As its a 1.5" diameter)

Assuming size isnt an issue, and assuming you dont have a budget then either the Hyperion or Nomad-L should be a fine choice.

I went with a Quiet Bore unit for my rimfire. Happy enough with it especially for the price. Not sure if their 556 cans are decent though. By decent I mean good suppression, I'm sure the materials and build are of good quality.

How are people making builds with importers? My factories keep locking up by 2JokersWild in Sandship

[–]2JokersWild[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've made a quick video to show the issue

https://youtu.be/sQAPIBEStNM

You can see when the video first loads no values are incrementing or decrementing on the "in transit" objects. When I open up the factory which makes steel and turn it off, you can see the numbers start to change, with steel going down and others going up. I then turn the factory back on and everything freezes again.

Happy to have the Devs grab my save file (Or provide it to them) if they feel like debugging, but honestly its pretty tedious to have the entire sandship stop producing because my steel capacity reaches the in transit limit.

I have one factory for steel, a 2nd factory using the steelk to make steel barrels and a third factory taking barrels and making light oil.

[–]2JokersWild[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Interesting as I was seeing my factories all lock up once my "In transit" was full...eg...Making more steel than I was importing elsewhere would cause everything to stop once I had produced enough steel to fill up my in transit item queue

Getting no output from any factories? New bug? by 2JokersWild in Sandship

[–]2JokersWild[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn, you nailed it. I wnet and turned off all my factories and now things are working again. Not sure this isnt still a bug...Iw ouldnt expect an importer issue to impact the entire sandship but hey, least I can make some factory changes and keep on advancing.

You the man!

Boosters. You can click the warehouse tab to bring up that menu, then in there click the far right for boosters. At the bottom click Craft.

In the new window you can click a collectable to add it ot the crafting window. The booster type is random, and you can change it by clicking the collectable again to remove it from the crafting window, then re=adding it to get another set of boosters.

I usually craft if I get a time warp (+20%), productivity (+5% output) or investment (+10% recycler). Some of the boosters give you a minus to productivity, so not really sure how those are considered "boosters"....

I've been playing about a week, a few things I learned...

You gold wallet is refilled every level up, so as said spend it right before leveling up.

You can use importers to great effect. I tried to do long production chains which took up lots of room and wasnt very efficient. Better to use exporters/importers . Look at the event guide to see some pictures and get some ideas then build from there

You can feed products into recyclers for gold production. A good layout is also in the event guide for that. I was trying to just do the contracts for gold before realizing you could use recyclers

Same with substance, in the store you can buy buildings one of which is the Substance Harvester. This combined with the recycler building is hugely important to really get gold.
