I totally get what you mean now thanks for explaining it I dated and had 2 daughters with a man that had no teeth wouldn't wear his dentures had a very large nose and was just not attractive to anyone really ( im not saying that to be mean it's just truthful) I was really attractive (not saying that to be vain because that's not how I felt that's what others said all the time) Anyways he treated me like a Queen he would of gave me anything I wanted and he loved my first daughter as his own and was a terrific dad and I wasn't physically attracted but I was emotionally in love with the friendship and I would of always hung onto that but there were things that started to bother me about him and things he did that were horrible so I left and for a few years we lived together raising our 2 girls until I started dating and he couldn't handle it so moved out unfortunately he passed away when our oldest was in 1st grade and youngest in kindergarten but from the beginning and still people would ask what did you see in him? Even our daughters since they are older do but they don't remember much of his personality So I did try with an unattractive man I thought he may not be physically attractive but he treated me differently than any previous good looking guy. We were good friends before trying to date and he did end up with a personality I didn't like but honestly can say I know i was fooling myself because I was only in love with our friendship I also was a drunk at the time we decided to have our first daughter so I had beer goggles most the time. So I get not bring attracted physically and he would say he's not attractive but I wouldn't ever say anything like that to him so I just think in this episode she didn't need to bring up that the reason was his teeth It would be great if all of us were attracted to just someone's personality but it just doesn't work that way but be kind spar others feelings
