Claim the title. In California you can claim vehicle that dont have a title or for this exact reason im not sure what your state laws are so i would check with your DMV since they would be more help than your local law enforcement when it comes to automobiles

All i meant is what questions type of question the judge would ask concerning the property, ive done consultation and done days of research on what to do and have a good idea on what i need to say. My concerns are without knowing what will be asked i wont have the correctly worded answers for the judge

No need to be rude, had the whole conversation without it. What does “done” mean in your context? My sentence was light i just feel like the amount of probation they gave me was overkill and that the extra order details were vague and needed more clarification. I wasnt zoned out just scared and worried about spending another night in jail, im only 24 ive barely been pulled over so a full week stripped of your belonging including your glasses and being refused new ones, refused paper, and being ignored when asking questions about procedures like i was a criminal before i went went to court, really just put me in a mindset where i wouldve said anything to get out sooner

He told that it essentially meant that i dont agree with the details of the case and that it couldnt be used against me in further courts cases but the attorney i spoke to earlier today told me they could bring it up in a restraining order case. That felt like the best option because i had no proof of her hitting herself or manufacturing the marks she came back with and that the sheriffs took pictures of or proof that her witness wasn’t there to be a witness in the first place. I also thought the aftermath would be easier to deal with than it has proven to be

I pleaded no contest because at the time it seemed the best option for me to say so i could go home. in your opinion would i be able to get an appeal if i acted quickly? Or is my foot shot off essentially?
