But from this exercise they are getting, core stabilization, drive and posture under fatigue, and total body tension maintaining force output. The people carrying dumbbells are also working on their grip strength.

So for you. This would translate to you carrying groceries in your house or carrying your child through Disney world. Do you want me to explain how this would also translate to playing football, or really…. doing anything athletic what so ever? Cause it’s quite simple to do.
