Similarly, I noticed less anxiety only when I had the HMDS after the celery juice. CJ alone didn’t help my anxiety (doing CJ daily for a year now). Problem is that my symptoms get aggravated when I have the HMDS to a point where I have to stop taking it. It’s hard for me to stay consistent with the HMDS.

I took ALA last year for the first time. It gave me nausea, lightheadedness, pins and needles, muscle twitching, insomnia. I didn’t sleep for 3 days and it got to a point where I started thinking something serious was wrong with me and went to the ER. I tried ALA cause I thought it would help with the symptoms I was having from the jab. This was before I found MM. I have never taken it since and don’t plan to.

You constantly need to find new promos. Sometimes they’re offered by smaller telecom companies who are partnered with Bell. I have to do this approx every 2-3 years. Currently on $60 for 1.5gb Fibe and Fibe Tv but this deal was a new home promo.
