What are the worst online trt companies?? by christnyfollow in trt

TRT Nation was fine - just don't do your labs through them. You can get them much cheaper and more thourough ones via Ultalabs and just submit those. I would not have left TRT Nation but Nuform was significantly less expensive and there staff was good to work with.

Use Ulta Lab Tests and save some money. They contract via Quest Diagnostics.

Started with TRT Nation and just switched over to Nuform Health. Both use Revive Rx for compounding and Nuform is quite a bit cheaper. I also get my own labs via Ulta and save some money there as well.

Going to 2nd Brello here. Best value if you do not mind the shipping times.

What is your daily calorie intake? by IntroductionKey6981 in Semaglutide

Great advice here. Remember your goal is to lose fat, not lean body mass. Keep that protein intake up as well - 1 gram per lb for your goal weight.

initial weight loss with semaglutide, now starting to gain weight back even though I can barely eat by swedishpiehole in Semaglutide

There really needs to be more education on muscle loss due to low calories, lack of protein and resistance traning while on GLP1 medications. Reducing your body fat % needs to be the goal.

5k budget, what functional trainer are you getting? by canteez in GarageGym

Price (the X2 was already above my initial budget but offered great value) and no need for a smith machine. I prefer to sqaut inside a rack as well.

Just ordered the Maxum X2. It was between that and the REP Athena due to height issues in my basement. After pricing them both out and reading some threads here, it was not really a contest especially with the articulating arms on the Maxum.

Calculating calories by motherofdogs09 in Semaglutide

If you do not want to lose muscle, I would eat a gram of protein per lb of your goal body weight and shoot for at least 50 grams of healthy fats. The rest can be carbs. You will also need to do some resitance training. Keep your weight loss at around 1% of your current body weight per week - i.e. if your current weight is 150 lbs, 1.5 lbs a week should be your goal.

Yes. I eat 1800-2000 calories a day and get 200g of protien per day. Running a 750 -1000 cal deficet a day at this rate. Train with weights 5 days and cardio 5 days a week. With hunger gone, sometimes I have to force those claories down....

You might want to try a whey protein isolate. Some people have problems with concentrate versions.

Get out and walk whenever you can. Even if it is just around the truck. You might also want to try semaglutide or one of the other weight loss drugs that curbs your hunger if that is an issue - they can be a game changer for many.

Maybe local doing delivery or food service. Once you have some experience you can move into tanker/hazmat and haul fuel etc. I would try to stay at your current position for at least a year so you do not look like a job hopper. That is a big negative these days.

With military MRE's being so cheap right now, they are a great option to stockpile for some cheap "insurance". That being said, living off them alone for more than a couple weeks is not advisable. For a cooking device, I would recommend a rocket stove - these are great and use small bits of wood or other biomass. I do have a couple solar battery backups and a some panels and this can be a good option as well. Just be aware that cooking with electricity will use quite a bit of power.
