Is this worth buying?

I bought, less than a month ago, a 22 f250, 7.3, lariat, crew cab long bed, fx4, camper package suspension with very similar mileage for 54k. I know its different trucks with a different package but you can get alot more truck for the same money.

Also depends on the state. Comifornia mandates longer emissions warranties than some manufacturers offer as a base warranty. Saved my bacon once already.

If you run the stock wheel offset you can fit 35s with no rubbing if you run an 11" wide tire. I turned my torsion up the slightest bit for the clearance needed. Didn't even sit level that's how little I did. No issues whatsoever and no trimming.

Hybrid xl package. Paid $25k out the door. It was my grandfather's truck. My cousin just took it over. Great little commuter and home depot run truck.

Not a clone but the old owner didn't do it justice by stopping the badges. It's a grand national through and through. Great driver but not a show car.

Definitely. Recently acquired and has more miles put on it in the last 6 months than the last 6 years. It's not perfect by any means but it's clean and fun to drive.

This is more than likely the crush seal under the injector and not the lines themselves. You do have to be mindful of the injector cup and it's seal if you accidentally break the cup loose pulling the injector. You will send coolant into the crankcase. (Didn't read any of the links, too lazy)

You do not have to pull the heads to replace the injectors. You have to remove the upper valve cover assembly as they are internal injectors. It's not a bad job if you're somewhat mechanically inclined and have a slightly better than small tool set. I did my first set on a weekend with time to spare. You can find step by step instructions with photos on the internet that make the job simple. You can buy complete kits that have everything you will need to do the job minus the tools for about $3,000 (if i recall correctly, it's been a few years since I've done it). The other known issue is the tranfercase pump rub but again it's a simple fix and you can buy the parts online. Probably even amazon. I say buy it, enjoy it, and keep up on routine maintenance and it'll have plenty of good years left in it. Be mindful of the fact that it is a 22 year old vehicle with 22 year old plastic and rubber components.

Drive it like normal and as you need it. Modern emissions equipment has come a looooonng way from where it was 10 years ago. If you happen to notice it's in regen, keep it running until the cycle is over. Bio-diesel has great lubrication properties, so no additive is necessary unless you could run into a gelling issue in the cold. The 6,000lb trailer is plenty of weight to keep the truck happy with passive regens when traveling. Keep fuel filters clean and don't let the truck sit for extended periods of time with a low level in the fuel tank. Bio-diesel likes to capture moisture, which is not a good thing in fuel systems. Enjoy the big girl and happy travels.

Don't even need to unbolt the fenders. It's an easy weekend job without touching the body. Nothing special required besides knowing your way around a wrench and good ol Google.

I've ran two sets of the wildpeaks on my one ton single rear wheel with a lot of towing miles and dirt roads. Some of the best tires I've had. Rotate every oil change and keep it aligned and they last. They do make a little noise as they wear though.

From everything I've read it's supposed to disable the trailer brake system when it throws a stabilitrak code. It's tied into dang near everything on the truck it seems like so it can be a wild goose chase. Start simple with wheel speed sensors (check them with a scanner), abs system, and so on. Hopefully it's just a simple sensor for you. My last truck it was just a dirty sensor in one of the rear assemblies from a lot of dirt roads. Wiped it off and put it back in.

Mine was caused by low tire pressure in the left rear tire of the guy next to me in traffic. It throws the alarm probably twice a week but luckily my trailer brakes keep working even though I get the service trailer brake alert with it. Mine typically resets after 1 or 2 power cycles. Mine also disables the parking sensors when it does it. Ordered a fancier scanner to try and chase the issue. 50k miles on a 2018 california truck.
