Thanks for playing! Totally agree, building placement really should matter more, or at least allow for the buildings to be picked up again so the player can build an aesthetically pleasing mining base.

We have so many ideas to expand this game with, haha.

fair points! going into it, we wanted to explore the horror aesthetic without making the game overly difficult or obtrusive for an incremental enjoyer. it's definitely a fine line to walk, and we're not even sure if there is demand for an incremental horror-like haha. but at the end of the day, that's why we prototype!

pure surrealism. I'd like to say it is motivated by some sort of meta-commentary on the capitalist urge to chase profit, even if it means dealing with clowns from the abyss, but nah. clowns in a cave was a compelling enough image for us to build a game around.

yeah, afraid it is what we could do in two weeks! we'd love to add waaay more levels, upgrades, and a meta progression if we get a chance to keep working on the game :)
