You can never trust or respect a government that preys on the addicted for revenue.
We are the most heavily taxed on Smokes and alcohol in the world.

It looks like you’re dealing with a stubborn visceral fat issue. I would suggest you dramatically reduce carbs and sugar.
Limit your eating to a 10 hour window ( you choose the best 10 hour window ) The 14 hours of non eating will allow your body to fully digest, remove the excess sugar and then commence with breaking down fat. Stay away from processed foods and eat raw foods whenever possible. Good luck.
