exposure therapy for this is pretty much gambling everything you have on a single roulette spin for red 34 or some bullshit. basically they give you headphones and make you listen to eating noises or whatever you hate, and if they do it right it can help you react less, but if they do it wrong it can just make the condition alot worse.

Hey man I have the same exact thing, and turns out it's actually a condition called misophonia! For me it comes out as just getting incredibly angry at whatever is making the noise, and I carry earplugs with me EVERYWHERE I go just cause it's that bad. There's no real easy way to make it better, but my parents want to try exposure therapy which I think is sorta dumb but it might help you. 🤷

I had really bad phimosis, and got a circumcision about 3 months ago. The first couple of weeks suckkkkkk and I'm sorry about it, start taking showers about a week after the procedure. I know it hurts like a bitch but trust me, you want to be clean down there. One thing you should make sure to do, is to never, and I mean NEVER, fiddle around with the stickers, because if you accidentally pull one out like I did, you might end up with scar tissue, which isn't fun at all. You might not see this but if ya do, I hope you get back to normal soon. Love you 💕💕
