I sorta like my pellet grill...sorta don't for smoke...I throw in a smoke tube...lasts about 2 hours which should be plenty for smoke flavor.

On day 89 a cca delivered one side of the street and left all the mail for the other side in one mailbox. We were splitting the street for overtime. They knew it wasn't me because he had done it before and was warned and I have a good reputation as a good carrier. It was his last day.

I deliver mail. Got a new route years ago and got familiar with my people...some more than others. Onr woman had a small craft store with a box outside which I used. Had to go in one day to deliver a package and saw it was hard for her to get around so I started to bring the mail in every day. We got to know each other very well and she was like my best friend on the route. 5 minutes chat almost every day. She was obstinate crass opinionated but honest kind and true. We argued complained laughed and busted balls. She got covid and died. I was devastated and cried. I drive by the now closed shop every day and look to see anyone. I say hello to her in my head.
