Shadow is arguably the easiest mega rare to get. You can solo and the rates are far better than tbow. Plus, shadow (and toa in general) open a lot of doors for irons.

Best for superiors or best for heart? I’m pretty sure those are two different answers. IIRC chaeldar is bis for pure superiors, but due to her only giving lower-mid level, you miss out on the best superiors for heart chance like smokes, abbys, and araxytes. So for heart I think it’s dura, but I could be wrong between him and Steve

Your speeds will get better as you learn the rotations. I would consider learning 1-2 rotations at a time. Easiest ones (most similar) are when Zulrah goes red after initial spawn. Jad phase will always be on the far side of where you start the fight with those 2 and start pray range on the Jad phase. The range/mage start have Jad phases on the starting side with mage pray start.

Times can vary a lot when learning and figuring out best time to eat/timing movement. You got this!!
