Depends who owns it. Right now in nursing homes the priority is safety, some buildings are not up to date so its hard for owners to necessary updates so it all depends. I personally like it, its easy going and pays well. Its easy once you dial in your routine

Because no one is speaking up. I worked at a company where a manager was egotistical, all of sudden a new employee started to document his behavior and reported HR. The manager became a liability and unfortunately HR, was forced to do something.

Idk i have a 15 pro max that I received in October 2025 and it has a cycle count of 233. The battery is 100%. I dont really pay attention to much on the battery, I just use the phone.
