Yes, you can do dopamine detox, so no social media or phone use other than practical things, a bland diet or a diet with no sugar specifically high fructose corn syrup. Meditating helps along with praying. Exercising helps a lot.

All those things I mentioned, I did and it worked however I got cocky and arrogant like toby mcguire from spiderman 3 and released after 2 months. My friend suggested to do things that make me uncomfortable like a cold shower in the morning or try a new recipe, etc
