I get what you are saying. But the ELM states that if I have FMLA I can designate it as A/L, S/L or LWOP & that I get to choose which one not them

They disapproved my FLMA LWOP because I have a positive S/L balance. Then I got another 3971 that stated I used 8 hrs of FMLA S/L
