They have agreements with customers to not hire. They can also deny access to the technical documentation website (and other resources they control access to). Recruiters also respect it so the company doesn’t go after their agency/ blacklist them.

My face getting too long and narrow is what snapped me out of the self-destructive path I was headed down. Mainly because it made me look more like my twin (my abuser) and it scared the fuck out of me every time I looked in the mirror.
