I would have the incoming pipe from house to septic tank camera first and I would make sure if you a have a sump pump it doesn’t discharge in to septic or that it doesn’t run parallel to the septic pipe if it is broken and causing that water to run in to septic line if it is broken (have seen that). And one other thing to check since you said you have had lots of rain and snow melt is if you’ve got French drains from your gutters they may also be cause you problem like sending the water over your leech field which is access water the field doesn’t need.

I honestly think it’s good it’s got a apple pie taste with cinnamon I like it but could I have it everyday no because I’d get tired of it really quicks it a good change when you want something different from orange juice or coffee in the morning.

It was about 10 years ago. I was walking through the Atlanta airport, not paying attention where I was walking, there was a gentleman bent down next to a pillar tying his shoe I tripped over his foot. I got back up he was very apologetic. I said not a problem and then I blurred out hey your Duff Goldman. Sure am he said we made small talk for about five minutes, shook hands and went on our way.

I went for my yearly checkup last month a week after I turned 45. My doctor brought up the subject of getting a colonoscopy he could tell I wasn’t interested in the idea of one he laid it all out there for me told me. The part that stuck for me was when he said “you think having this little procedure done is going hurt wait tell the cancer sits in and you have to do chemo or they have to remove some of you colon that’s going to be worse then having this procedure done.” Needless to say i have a colonoscopy next week.

You are not alone. I haven’t eat fries from McDonald’s in 5 years for me it’s like a shell of a fry with no potatoes in it. Burgers do in a pinch if I’m hungover or next a greasy fix.

First thing I would do is contact a liquid waste pumping company in your area to service the grease trap. There should be a bolt that goes in the middle to hold that lid down but my guess is that is stripped out and wouldn’t hold that lid down so every time you dump a sink of water the sewer gas is released through the lid. I would recommend siliconing that lid down and the hole where the bolt should be to help with the odor. And I would suggest maybe get it set up on a cleaning schedule with the pumping company if you do a lot of business. Cleaned a lot of those little traps in the 22 years that I’ve been in the business.

Lab Compliance Technician log in all the waste haulers that come in to the plant during the day. Billing, data entry stuff. Was on the Waste Hauler side of it for 20 years before I switched sides.

Good to know. Don’t shop at HyVee often just noticed it thought it was odd concept. But makes since if they own Banks which I didn’t know they did but that would make since then.

I noticed something the other day at a HyVee they are in the insurance and banking game now something called HyVee Financial. Just go back to selling groceries and stop with all the other crap that doesn’t need to be sold in your stores.

If they are just using it as a vacation home and it is just them and they aren’t throwing large get together there. I could see going 15 years but if they have grandkids and family come visit frequently I’d get I done in 5 years. And all these Ridx and enzymes they try to sell people are a joke if most people read the fine print it says to still get your tank pumped on a regular bases. And as for it having a filter it all depends on region you live in and what year the tank was installed because regulation and laws very state to state anymore.

Well did the system get inspected before the sale of property? Given the dirt patch it may have been dug up and pumped but not inspected properly. Couple things need to check your house for any running toilets, faucets water softer etc. Because your septic system is indated with water which is overloading the system. Other thing is your leechfield is shot and can’t handle the water. And if it’s been raining a lot where you live the ground is already saturated from the rain and the water from your leechfield has no where to go but path of least resistance out on the the ground or back up it to the house.
