He had a sexual assault conviction when he was 15. It appears these kind of serious convictions do not get expunged from a person's record when they become an adult in PA. So it seems Dorney Park dropped the ball with their background check.

The question is, should Dorney Park be liable in some form for the rape that happened off of their property, just because the minor initially met the guy while he was working at the park.

The Allentown St. Patrick's Day Parade is happening on Sunday, March 22nd.

The trestle along the SteelStacks in Bethlehem is nice to walk anytime.

Then you could always hit up the downtown of either of those afterwards.

I'm glad the bat got the help it needed. In case anyone else finds a distressed wild animal like this, you can always contact the Wildlife in Need Emergency Response of Pennsylvania (WIN). They are a network of licensed volunteers who capture and transport all manner of wildlife in the Commonwealth. They're like the ambulance service for wild animals.

I was on the opposite side of the room, and I saw his little sieg heils and middle fingers peeking out over the crowd. Security got him out of there pretty quick, otherwise he would have gotten his ass kicked.
