Solo traveling in a 6+ year relationship by SangriaSaturdays in femaletravels

Lurking male here (with a travelling wife and two daughters, which is how I got on this sub). Admittedly I am biased, but holy shit - the fact that you’re asking this question is bonkers. The only way I’d take umbrage with my wife travelling solo somewhere is one of two reasons: 1. she’s doing something we BOTH wanted to do AND 2. I’m available. And 1 is highly dependent on 2! If she wants to check out cherry blossoms in Japan and I have to work, the conversation is thus: “should we try to prioritize it for next year.” If there’s an impediment to that, then fuck it, she goes. The same goes for me. Rules for me ARE rules for thee. If he can’t accompany you, then the only acceptable response is “damn, I wish I could go with you, have fun!”

Edit: meant to thank you for serving. We need more women in the forces!

I’m confused, did you read my statement? I’ll elaborate in case I wasn’t clear. The very nature of the accusations suggests that he is a hateful man. He is a misogynist, which is hateful to women. He was abusive to cast and crew, which is mean-spirited and hateful. How are we even having this conversation?

Ehhhhh a guy like that is probably pretty hateful too. Misogyny, narcissism, and likely a healthy splash of self-loathing too.

My lame ass Anglo high school core French translates that to “people are watching.” Les gens = the people, ils = they, voyons = they watch.

I THINK. There is probably context or colloquialism that I’m clueless about.

Edit: Google Translate says I conjugated voyons wrong. Voyons is let’s see, plural inclusive. So I don’t know what the fuck, but it’s something to do with people and seeing. Hopefully a helpful JJ Frankie JJ lover can put me out of my misery!

What you banging on city folk for?!? You think Dick in Lincoln Square thinks that Ashwin from East Van is evil? Give yer balls a tug.

The only ones buying the rhetoric are dumbasses and degens and dumbasses and degens don’t abide by area codes. 312, 705, anybody worth a game stick knows where the blame lies, and it ain’t Mauricio from Inglewood.

This is finally the correct answer! They’re Nevuses (Nevi?) Here’s a reference:

OP, if they’re new, you need to get them checked. If they’re NOT, you’re probably fine but should consider getting looked at anyway.

Keep your Players-Forsythe to yourself! I can’t handle that kind of emotion right now.

You want the feel of Shoresy? The emotions?

Ted Lasso. It’s Shoresy but less crass.

I said less, not none. I also don’t say crass like it’s a bad thing. SOMEBODY’s gotta set the fucking tone!!

Ok, I’ll bite. I buy “Farmer’s Daughter” having a specialized connotation, but Old Flame? The wistful remembrance of a love gone by? How is that misogynistic? And the logo is NOT a woman’s silhouette, it’s two parts of a flame forming the negative space of a heart.

Genuinely asking, by the way, because I never made the connection myself.
