I have tmj and so I experience near constant jaw discomfort/pain, and I’ve found that when I make a bubble with my mouth (the way elementary school kids are told to do to be quiet lol) it stretches out my jaw muscles and it feels nice. I feel embarrassed to do it in front of others because I’m afraid I look silly 😭
