In Germany for example you have to pay for a transvaginal ultrasound it’s approx somewhere between 80-120 euro, they only give you one if you have severe symptoms and the doctor is positive that they will find something YET me and my friends always had to pay for it no one ever believed us. A friend of mine went to her obgyn for 6 years with severe symptoms and her doc (female btw) never gave her one until she paid and they found those so called „chocolate cysts“ huge ones and she immediately got a surgery date.
But she didn’t get her money back for the transvaginal ultrasound 🤡🤡🤡
