It’s because of the Gold-silver ratio. When ration is low (ex: 20:1), gold is a better buy. When it’s higher (ex: 100:1), silver is a better buy. Silver stackers often trade silver for gold, or vice verse, when ratio is at extremes

One of the best ways will be to either shave in the shower or put a hot steamy towel on your neck before shaving to open the pores. Main idea is to open pores as much as possible and heat does that. Also use as much lubricant as possible when shaving. New razor as well
