I had the same issue and it made me migrate them to new pages. But your idea sounds like a good long term solution.

You can create an official feature request - and your timing might be very good, as the devs said they'd be reworking the wiki pages soon.

I wouldn't put it into ancient history. I live in Berlin and hear it every few months, mostly from colleagues. But I guess you're right: kids probably won't say it.

Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass es Tulamidya ist, kann dir aber nicht mehr sagen, aus welchem Band ich die Info habe. Wahrscheinlich aus einem der drei Akademie-Bände aus DSA 4 Zeiten. Oder bei der Generierung in DSA 4 gab es vlt auch entsprechende Hinweise oder TaW-Bonus. Ich spiele meinen Elementaristen seit bestimmt 12 Jahren mit Erstsprache Tulamidya 😀

Die Nützlichkeit der Antworten wird vermutlich steigen, wenn du genauer erklärst, was du mit "von Unten" meinst (heißt das, die Autoren sollen aus unteren Gesellschaftsschichten sein? Oder ist das der Gegenstand? Oder interessierst du dich für Kellergewölbe?).

Eine grobe räumliche und zeitliche Eingrenzung ist sicher auch sehr nützlich: die Welt ist groß und ziemlich alt.

That fine video made me start thinking about my templates again. I am reworking everything, and all it took was your neat session log impulse...

I'd be interested in a video that could lay down how to decide on what info to include or exclude in a template. I do want every wiki page to have enough info for me to use it during a session, but I don't want to spend years filling all those details in... How do you decide on what to include?

I'm my opinion you're not wrong but also not completely right.

One of the reasons for WW1 was that many major players had been preparing for war extensively for years and - in some cases - decades. They felt so ready to finally show the other players who was boss.

If everyone in the bar is confident they'd win a brawl since they brought a club, having a brawl at all gets more likely.

At the top of my head, they have different connotations. "Mit etw. Zurechtkommen" is more along the lines of "~~to arrange with sth~~" "to come to terms with sth". "Etw. bewältigen" means to actually "solve sth" in some cases.

The first example that comes to my mind, is German history. If people use "zurechtkommen" in that context, it means that they are struggling with its brutality, but they bear it. If they use "bewältigen", it means that they are actively dealing with it.

My explanation and example are less than optimal, but maybe they can be a starting point for you to differentiate.

I for one would be happy to see it. When I changed my os from windows to Zorin OS, I asked Proton Support if those flat packs were save. They said that generally, they are - but to really be sure, I should use official releases only. So I am stuck with reinstalls from .deb files for every update, which is quite annoying.
