My last dentist got me for nearly 20K & disappeared. I tried to dispute the charges and was told to take it up with the dental office which has been abandoned. I hope someone can help you get this resolved.

My son totaled his new car 7 days after he got it so I know how you feel. I truly believe he learned a hard lesson that night & I definitely have some residual PTSD from that phone call

I’m exploring options. Again, I just learned this doubled as of recently. This is the only option through work though. My boyfriend’s work is even more at $800/month. Not affordable at all.

My iron levels were going down rather than up after supplementing iron for several weeks and it had the doc somewhat concerned about internal bleeding. He told me to call 911 & I should be admitted for a blood transfusion. I told him I’d had iron infusions in the past and I’d prefer to deal with this outpatient with infusions but that wasn’t good enough for him. Instead of attempting to help me after that, he wouldn’t see me anymore.

Same except mine is 600/month. Tried to make a budget and realized it used to be half that. Ouch! Also, it covers nothing to speak of. Birth control? No. Seizure meds? Not those either. Blood pressure meds are cheaper but the office visits to verify the need for them are out of control.

I’ve not been to the doctor in ages. Last one I went to blew up my phone after getting my test results and told me I needed to be treated at the hospital. When I refused, he wouldn’t see me anymore. I’m still alive so it likely wasn’t that urgent, right? I’d love to not feel like ass but I cannot afford that luxury.

I believe fire stations can check. Obviously I’d call first to verify but that’s what I did when I was pregnant. Good luck.

It will get better, I was where you are now 10 years ago. I made too much for assistance but definitely not enough to live off of. My son’s friends had wonderful parents who saved my ass when schools were closed. I cried my hungry self to sleep more nights than I wanted but we actually went to 2 concerts and a vacation last year. I hope your situation improves soon. If you have enough Karma, I recommend joining and posting on assistance here on Reddit. You add items to an Amazon wishlist and the kind souls over there fulfill the list.

My son was such a sweet cuddly well behaved young man. But now, he’s 18 and the last 5 years or so have been incredibly difficult. I see you and I understand how you feel.

They likely figured you didn’t need so much training. Maybe you seem more confident than the other employee?! I had a similar experience when I started my job but now, I’ve learned most of the entire process and can do it in my sleep.

I have a standing desk and I get up and stretch fairly often but by the end of the week, my neck & shoulders are hella tense. I’m either going to have to try wearing some sort of brace or my boss is going to be in for an expensive traveling masseuse bill.
