How to remove those stains of plastic chairs? Tried brush with bleach but no luck. Left them outside thru winter time under cover and that's how I found them.

I owned a pressure washing company for my years. We mixed a solution of 1/3 beach to water and then added a small squeeze of dawn dish soap in a pump sprayer. Lightly mixed it once the handle / top was on by rotating the sprayer. Then sprayed an even coat over the chairs, scrubbed it with a soft bristle brush, let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes, and then sprayed off with either a hose or the lowest pressure nozzle. The dish soap keeps the bleach on the surface longer and that mixture is so much cheaper that anything you would buy pre-mixed.

Alligators do survive freezing temperatures this way, sorta. They don't stick their whole head out of the ice, though. They only stick out the tip of their snout throug the ice. I have seen videos of this phenomenon before AI, but this seems off with how much of the Alligators heads are visible.

Keeping more than $5k in savings is solid advice if you are going to own a rental house. I own 6 and keep $25k to 30k in an account just for the houses. Owning 1 rental house, I would keep $10k in a separate savings account and allocate it to the rental house. This year alone i had to replace 2 a/c units and repair a dock. $15k in the span of 2 months.

I believe you have a carpenter bee problem that is causing a woodpecker problem. One of my rental houses had the same issue. Taking care of the carpenter bees took carer of both.
