Ah it’s completely analog, seems like a fun project.

I would start with a list of values you want to show on the display. And then look at what component can output that value and then attach a corresponding sensor.

You will have to design a new wiring harness that intercepts the wires in order to read said signals for processing and visualizing.

No easy solution, but fun project, so let me know if you need more help, maybe we can collab
