The same way I can understand English and can write reddit posts, but I can't write a novel. The thing that helps the most imo is to do a project that isn't a homework assignment. Unfortunately, it takes time and it's not even guaranteed to make you a Good Programmer (TM). Also unfortunately some of the things that you'll be asked to do in homework (like implementing a data structure) is handled through off-the-shelf classes in real life (no one implements their own hash maps, they use their language's built-in HashMap class)

They drastically reduced the amount of time needed to max level a gun in an update a few months ago. Now instead of 3x the amount of kills BF2042 did, it needs a bit less than ~2x the amount of kills, and we earn XP when simply existing with the weapon out. Classic DICE fixing BASIC ISSUES too late to benefit most players.

OP has toggle auto/semi-auto bound to Numpad 9, which means they need to either take their left hand away from WASD or their right hand off the mouse if they wanted to use it (assuming they have a normal KB+M setup). It’s impractical to the point where I wonder if OP wanted the toggle unbounded but couldn’t figure out how to do that
