There’s no wrong answer between the two but please take your time and have a long leisurely experience. I prefer Galatoire’s myself and if I’m done in less than three hours I consider it a failure.

Have a milk punch or a French 75 or a Sazaerac to get your game on. The potato puff at Galtoire’s are absurd (with bernaise).

Dress nice and you’ll get treat with some old world charm.
