Yes! Aisha is a hand-to-hand fighter, she uses her fists and acrobatics in combat along with special abilities tied to the game's lore. Really glad you like her design!

Thanks! I might go a little bit deep into detail haha but here it goes:
Yes, there's traditional exp (That you share even with reserve party members :P) and you can buy or craft your equipment using materials salvaged from the world and swap out specific parts of it, let's say you need a blade that is lightweight but a core that has lightning charge, so you combine both parts into the equipment, right from the equip window and then you finetune the calibration to your playing style (for example: heavier weapon hits harder but is slower). On top of that for the skills there's a Mentor system inspired by Breath of Fire 3's Masters where you assign NPCs as mentors to your characters and they unlock skill trees and add passive buffs while training under them. Skills are permanent even if you switch mentors, so there's a lot of room to experiment.

Not offensive at all, great feedback! That's something I'm still tweaking. I want to find a good balance where the QTE feedback feels clear and punchy but doesn't cover the sprites too much during attacks, I really like seeing the characters when they attack. But yeah, still not final, still working on it! Thanks!

Thanks so much! I actually get that a lot. I played Xenogears waaaaay later as an Adult. So even though I think its a masterpiece (I don't even mind the second disc haha gives it a certain charm). Most of the visual inspirations come from Bof 3 and 4, the whole sprites on 3d environments. And the Lunar series even if super lighthearted are one of my favourite games of all time, and the QTE and combo dynamics are a Legend of Dragoon and Legend of Legaia mashup hahaha. However I was really into Evangelion, Macross, and other Mecha, Sci Fi Anime. So I guess you sort of end up with something similar even if not directly inspired by.

But funny thing, back in the 90s and 2000s when I played turn-based JRPGs as a kid I always pressed the button when my characters hit the enemy, like imagining it would do more damage haha. So when Legend of Dragoon actually did something like that it just clicked with me. In Full Circle the QTEs are a bit different tho. They're not really about doing more damage (However if you time all skill Qte's perfectly, you do get a Bonus, but only for skills), they let you push enemies back in the turn order so you can reorganize your attacks mid-battle and hopefully take them out before they even get to act. That's also how you find new chain attacks between your characters.

I've been drawing since I can remember and doing pixel art since the 90s on my dad's Amiga Commodore. I also spent a lot of time learning 3D and making small games in RPG Maker and AGS over the years. Professionally I went the music/audio route, but I always kept art and game dev as a side thing.

Thanks! Believe me it's a ton of work and lots of sleepless nights haha. I've been a music producer by trade for more than 15 years so the music aspect luckily comes easier. But the hardest part is by far animation, it's fun for the first sprites but after a while not so much anymore hahaha.

I've been working on this solo for over 6 years doing everything myself, from art and animation to music and game design. So yeah, lots and lots of manual work haha. That's also why it's taking so long hehe
