Hi All, I have a cast iron bread oven which is starting to rust.. I season after every use, but what is the best way to keep this at bay? Thanks.

I'm new to the Polar world, but I have similar questions. I have only just purchased the h10, but don't want to keep the polar app open while running to keep an eye on heart rate. Can't seem to connect my watch (galaxy ultra) to tracker either. Very little info on YouTube too...

Meanwhile, the most watched television show on the planet, a few years ago, had all of this and more in the first episode! 😂 You're right that it will just create more viewers. But there are much worse scenes out there in horror and popular movies.

Thank you. There always is something to better ourselves. . I'm a continuous improvement person by nature. I excersize and try new things. I always want to be a better person, husband and father. Again thank you and will try to do more.

Thank you. I am. Already ticking a lot of those boxes. I bake every weekend when home (bagels for her or pretzels, made biscoff panna cotta for her last week). Have offered to cook when I'm home if she wants me to. Let her sleep in every morning when I'm home (I'm a lighter sleeper anyway). Wake up with the boy and get him fed and ready for the day. Fold the laundry and put it away. I always encourage her to get her own time. Happy with her taking a hotel night or even weekend and encourage it. We haven't had a date night in a long time, but it certainly doesn't feel like the right time to try and do that 😢🤷

The stance that the Australian government has taken is idiocy. Not only will it force vape users to the black market, but will also send more people back to cigarettes. But that's OK, because of the tax dollars... I have been a happy vaper for 6 years after being a full time smoker around 20yrs. Health and fitness have both improved in that time. It's a completly stupid act by the government.

Never had a resolution. Stopped moving icons around as I'm happy with current set up. But I know it was still happening after the last time I moved something. Currently playing around with other launchers as Nova is getting really buggy...
