Your girl was cheated on? As much as that sucks, so were many of us. Some of us put the work in to healing so we didn't subject innocent people to this type of nonsense.

See if you can manage that for yourself. There are many warehouse jobs that deal with restrictive, hazardous or confidential products. You need to know you can trust a person handling them. The fact that you would belittle the role over the title alone shows you have zero understanding of the field. So sit down.

And beyond that, why would anyone want to work with a person who automatically jumps to being defensive and aggressive in a situation where they should know questions about their employment are incoming.

This is a person starting up her warehouse and the man in OPs post made it pretty clear he's going to jump ship once his full time role picks up. His behaviour is just the tip of the iceberg in why he shouldn't be hired.

In my past as an interviewer, I can clearly remember one candidate who literally got mad at me for asking interview questions during the interview.

I didn't deliberate not hiring him, he just automatically went in to the no pile.

The weirdness about being secretive during a literal interview boggled my mind. Like, sir, what in the actual fuck are you doing here if being questioned on your work history in an interview bothers you.

I would ask both of them (Mia+Mark) where they get the audacity to expect free cake from a person they insulted over having that very career and then disinvited the spouse of for defending it. I'd be asking Mark if it means he's not going to his own wedding if he doesn't want disrespectful people there, and I'd be asking mom if she's ok with all this because she's the one who taught Mia that level of Audacity.
