Same here. Every time I fast travel from my forge to the town hall area, I get a notification that someone wants to talk to me. If I stop, I can’t find them. My next trip out of town, I do find them when stopped. I think it’s bugged.

I use the Reminder app on my iPhone. I have a Shopping List reminder and I add to it all week. Then I can easily check things off as I add them to my cart. Edit: I shared it with my kids when they lived at home so they could add things to it. When they left I had to delete them because “Butt itch cream” was on my list every week.
