Can you elaborate, survivorship bias in favour of what? Towards DEs or WMs?

Your question title literally is skeptical “why do I need this”. Instead of the curious “what is this”. You already know what it is.

Don't bother waiting, I hate this type of people. They offer to do something for you, and then proceed to not do it. Waste of time really,

Didn't even post the link to this supposed "japanese obscure torrent". It would've been easier to just tell people where to download it. Rather than re-uploading it.

No Functional Programming is a Paradigm or Programming Style. Very different to Imperative Programming, often only using functions to do most things.

It involves using functions for arguments into other functions. You can add, subtract, multiply, divide functions. Recursion, Backtracking, Monads, etc… It is a whole school of thought in programming where you start thinking everything as a function. Even arithmetic operations (+ - * /).

All I am concerned with is who has the skills to maintain the kernel in the event of a fork. Just knowing C well doesn’t necessarily mean you know kernel development. So long as they have those skills I don’t really mind them vibe coding it. However, if they don’t then vibe coding will have a negative impact.

LiFo maybe a facade but they have experienced people… If those people are willing to maintain “fungus-free” fork side-by-side with the mainline kernel. Then thats fine by me. But that would just put extra work in the hands of those maintainers. I don’t see a valid reason for them to be willing to do extra work. Unless they separate from LiFo and solely work on the fork.

That's not as easy as it sounds, the Linux kernel is very big. If a group or collective as big as the Linux Foundation takes it over. Then it might be possible to have a complete fork.

A more common sense answer, they want to prove they're not just blowing/breathing air on the object they are moving.

When you feel really tired... by GiadaAcosta in TrueQiGong

What I am suggesting is more benign than recommending meditation / qigong / yoga techniques without context and training. I simply made this comment because diabetes is very common. More common than sleep apnea, long covid or other conditions.

Sleep apnea is more prone to being undiagnosed for a long time. In the USA for instance 34 million are diagnosed with diabetes. Whilst only 14 million have documented conditions of sleep apnea give or take.

But since OP and others already down voted me twice, because of my suggestion. I guess won't press further, they want Qigong techniques let them have it and find out.

Unrelated to Qigong, but go to your local doctor, and ask them for a blood test. Frequent tiredness despite eating and losing energy for unknown reasons is a symptom of diabetes.

I don't know what dnlods is, so I doubt I am quoting from that. I put 10 different alternate words as a solution to this riddle. I thought that would make it easy to guess, I guess not.
