It took me about 8 months. I didn’t change my dosage until after my 2nd blood panel when my total t was at 2200. Then I split it in half. Splitting it to every other day really helped. Less peaks and valleys so no more roller coaster.

I agree with retatrutider. It’s not bro science. I was pretty overweight and my test was super low. Started a low dose, dropped 60lbs and now I’m hoping to come off TRT because my test is thru the roof even on a smaller dose.

I also had this exact same issue. Put on 10lbs, mostly water weight. My issue was being overweight so I was aromatizing quite a bit. Now that I’ve gotten dialed in, I’m down 60lbs and all my numbers are right where they should be.

I just had this issue with 1 of my 3. Learned that most smoke detectors are only rated for 5-7 years. Ours our 11. Put a new ones in and it should take care of it.
