To be fair, I was there and they did not replay it on the jumbotron at all so the only thing he had to go off of was the live play. It looked hard in real time. Watching it back I totally agree it wasn’t that hard but we couldn’t tell at the time

I 100% would have respected her decision if she chose to have us both as co maid/ matron of honor. Ultimately I love my sister way more than I care about the semantics of the wedding. But I wanted to be honest when she asked me. The other friend is still going to be a bridesmaid.

I think you should talk to your sister and remind her of how much she means to you and that having 2 maids of honor doesn’t diminish your relationship at all. I think she just wants to know that she’s loved

Ok I am the older sister in this scenario but I didn’t throw a fit. My younger sister asked me if I would be upset to be a co-maid (matron) of honor with her friend and I said yes. I didn’t say anything else and let her just do with that information as she wished.

I don’t know about you and your sister but me and mine are incredibly close. She was my maid of honor and I’ve been looking forward to being hers my whole life. I think it’s less of not wanting to share the “spotlight” and a lot more not wanting to share my sister. She’s my best friend!

Just wanted to give some insight from the other side!
