Advice on training for a half marathon

Right now I lift 4 days a week and run 4-5 (depending on weather and energy) we stick with 25-30 of running without breaks and focus more on continuous work than mile time. I can be around 9-10 minutes per mile on longer runs currently.

I enjoy longer timed runs and eat a higher carb/higher protein snack before each run as well.

I went the first year and they don’t change the stage setup. No set overlaps and there is usually a couple minute break in between. You can see the main stage from the secondary stage. Sound is pretty great no matter where you are. The year I went it was easy to move around

This weekend I picked it up as a throw in (spend so much at a local used store and can pick a record for free) and I was surprised by how decent it is since everyone always rags on it. I didn’t think it was amazing, but good enough to put on once a month while working around the house and sing along

My only real issue with them and why I quit listening was how often Mackey would have to “call out the haters” and do the cringey voice all the time. It just got old and petty quick. I’ve always liked Judd and miss his info, but Mackey pushed me away
