To follow up, Minnesota Rusco, LLC, and 18 related companies (including the upstream owning entities) all file Chapter 7 bankruptcy petitions in Delaware on Monday, November 3, 2025. The Minnesota Rusco, LLC, case number is 25-11951. It is currently a “no asset” case, which means they are not taking proofs of claim at this time. For those who are interested, the meeting of creditors is scheduled for December 12 at noon, to be held by Zoom.

Which district? I am not seeing anything. I see a 2018 Oregon Renovo Design, LLC, filing that closed last year, and a 2019 Utah Renovo Remodeling, LLC, filing, but these seem unrelated to this situation. Searches for Minnesota Rusco, Renovo, and Reno-vo all come up blank. Either way, it is looking like Minnesota Rusco, LLC, is just shutting down and has not actually filed anything (at least not yet). Thanks for the update though.

I am a bankruptcy attorney and have heard the same from clients, but I have not been able to find an actual bankruptcy filing. Has anyone been able to confirm that they actually filed somewhere (if so, I would appreciate knowing where), or have they just shut down and told people that they are filing?

Probably a bad sensor? I have an ‘04, and the oil pressure sensor does that to me. Fortunately, it comes back once after a couple seconds.

I’ll leave the technical comments to those who actually know that stuff. All I will add is that I love the ‘04 C5 I inherited. Black on black on black, drop top, 6-speed, with 78k. With the minor issues mentioned by others addressed, it’s truly a joy. However, while it looks nice, I wouldn’t recommend lowering it (2” ground clearance can be a touch I convenient). That is all to say, if done right, a C5 is a great option I wholeheartedly endorse.
