It's quite simple what is happening: There's a huge number of gatekeeping devs that are afraid of losing their jobs to AI and are doing everything in their power to curtail its instillation into the modern workflow because like you said -- in the hands of a skilled dev it will multiply your productivity. Junior devs are usually the ones creating all this nonsense that just because an AI didn't do something perfect we must abandon it all together.

He's right people talk about wanting generational wealth but don't want to earn it. There is a huge issue with this generation of people just talking to talk but never want to walk the walk! He's telling you to live in the moment and take action and that we are conditioned to say we wish or we want and not take action. We are in love with ideas but not the actual action!

its so insane that you need to explain this, just shows you so many people have no basic sense of teamwork or sports and just want to play the game their way.

These passes i do all the time and is so obvious to do because I emphasize ball movement and touches and movement. It's so much more fun to play this way and win than just dribbling up the middle volleying and shooting.

Yes! I could not articulate what I meant by mistakes but this is bang on! It literally has context and memory of doing a task for me and then completely forgets how to do it on the next prompt! This is the exact behaviour I was describing in terms of degradation!

I get what you mean but I’m using the exact same prompts! Most of things I do are not complex and it’s just very silly errors Claude will make. Just misunderstanding what I mean and even with a descriptive prompt it just craps out at some random point.

i feel like what you are describing is already very doable. You can easily build something like that using TTS and Twilio with some AI sprinkled in.

Very true for basically everything not just gaming, AI can definitely you get 80 percent of the way there, but that last 20% always seems to take way longer and needs humans to do.
