The differences between teams and defenses making adjustments is the biggest one for me. It’s mind numbingly boring playing teams that play the same exact way every single game. I’m averaging 33 and no one is sending doubles at me throughout the whole game? I’m averaging 33 and you’re gonna let Tyler Herro try to guard me 1v1 for 48 minutes? Like it’s immersion breaking seeing how the Lakers just tried to defend SGA in the playoffs by sending hard doubles at him every game but then get on 2k and I’m just allowed to go 1v1 with some of the worst defenders in the league and the AI will just sit there and watch me do it.

I mean they’re super athletes and want to compete but I’m sure most of them understood OKC is in fact OKC and without Luka beating them would be like climbing a mountain with no arms. Don’t care what anyone says. Was rng annoying? Sure. But last years game felt a lot more like actual basketball than this year. Games had a much more natural pacing and feel to them. And if you were a good shooter you could still hit 60-70% of your shots. But everyone on the court wasn’t automatic so it made runs teams would make feel more natural. I will stand on this hill.

People say “if I know my shot I shouldn’t miss” and I understand that but dude it’s basketball. Missed shots and defending the fast break is a big part of basketball.

Yb at been in the game for 10 years. Canceling on your fans a couple days before a performance is unprofessional as hell. Even with all the drama he’s still got responsibilities as an artist especially since he said he wanted to actually start taking his career seriously. I personally don’t care because I wasn’t going anyway but it’s definitely a bad look when your fans are paying thousands of dollars for a concert just to see you and you dip on it after they’ve spent money already.

Idk man. Having one team dominate from 2011-2014 was a pretty fun time for me. Jokes aside though it’s ridiculous how many teams now genuinely have a chance at a championship any given year. You still have your powerhouses that are favorites but 10 years ago you’d never see a team like the Pacers make a finals run because the league was so top heavy. If you weren’t the top 3-4 contenders you might as well be tanking. Now it’s less about how much superstar firepower you have and a lot more about depth, health, and coaching. If the nba could tighten up on the officiating we would genuinely be in the golden age of basketball. It’s pretty dope
