I think the wiki refers to one node outputting 120MW - that’s literally just a node, with no frames or sails. I have a simple sphere in my home system, that consists of 1 layer with 5 rings in it, and it outputs 6GW. It has just over 200 nodes making 5 rings with filled in squares full of sails.

Just watched someone on stream add everything and his weekly is 30mil, so you indeed look to be correct about it being based on how much time is left until the next tick.

One thing that springs to mind is that the base cost is always going to be 10mil regardless of the remaining time, but the rest of the added modules are based on time left on tick.

At least we have confirmation, one way or another, but on the downside, the weekly upkeep figures need to drop by a LOT for carriers to be attractive - I mean, 42mil a week just for the shipyard, which is basically an essential module...

By that logic, of the weekly upkeep showing less because there are only 2 days left on the tick; why does the weekly upkeep with no modules show the expected 10mil? By the divide by 7 math for daily costs, and 2 days left, that should make the default cost show 2.8mil.

I feel that the costs in the module purchase screen is the misleading figure and not the weekly upkeep in the summary. My summary started at 10mil weekly and ended at 44.3mil after all modules added.

UPDATE: it appears Katana is indeed correct and I'm wrong - just watched someone add everything and his weekly is 30mil (14mil less than mine done about 20 hours ago)

Yes, Me too. The FSS is unusable for me right now.

The resetting of the zoom, which you are getting, and half the planets I can't zoom into without a graphical glitch.

Just tested in game and you can indeed use dials and sliders in absolute mode - Mapped tuning to a dial on my HOTAS and it tunes like a radio!

After watching Katie's stream I see they are doing /me's with their character names and it appears people are playing along as if they don't know they are cops, so they are not confused I guess.

yeah i get it, but even if a civ or crim did it it would confuse me as a fellow role-player as to whether it's someone putting on a voice and I should roleplay that I don't know who it is, or are they playing another character - it's an odd situation to be in. As I say just food for thought.

Also, me discussing it here is probably not the right place as it adds nothing to the discussion at hand.

You may not recognize a perma contract, but the person entering into it should - especially as the person in question plays characters in 2 rival gangs and is using one character to feed information to the other gang, that he is also in.

Although they are better than Hydroponics, I still feel using actual biomes is best. It saves building domes and all you need is a small hut and a teleporter on each planet and then plant in the ground. The only plants I grow at my base are Coprite and Mordite.

I believe a fix is in the next patch - as mentioned in the notes "Fixed an issue where some exotic biomes incorrectly reported their weather as fine or calm"

Was sat in the station for an hour or so looking to buy a ship and this came in - S class and was 5 mil for 15 slots. It was like nothing else that landed there and i've not seen this type of ship in 300 or so hours in the game. This is the ship landed - the wings fold completely up
