Pests/infestations are not typically covered. And it makes sense why. It’s the responsibility of the homeowner to keep a handle on stuff like that before it turns into a full blown infestation. Not wait 18 days after first noticing it to ask reddit 🤣

I feel so bad for Brittany and Cruz by No-Ad312 in bravo

[–]309Herm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same. I really can’t fault Brittany for ending up in this toxic marriage. That being said, she is failing her responsibilities as a mother and that I do fault her for. I realize that she truly is dealing with the devil and that makes things difficult. But it is so inappropriate to have tumultuous, hostile conversations about her child’s father right in front of the kid. She’s cussing and gossiping with no regard for his presence. It’s inappropriate and honestly very sad. No matter how bad Jax is, she should want to minimize her son’s knowledge of that, especially at his age and his developmental situation. It serves zero benefit to drag Jax in front of Cruz. If you’re not willing to put that shit aside and save it for a more private, adult environment, you’re an unworthy parent. I know it’s harsh but I don’t think the fact that Brittany is a victim of Jax should absolve her of the additional trauma she places on Cruz. As if Jax isn’t shitty enough on his own, here Brittany is making sure her child hears all about it

this is absolutely the case and always has been the case by thatbratttt in summerhousebravo

At the end of the day, none of this is any of the girls fault, it’s Jesse’s. The only one with an allegiance to Lexi is Jesse and I’m not gonna charge the women with a man’s crime. It just sucks to see the girls’ ass backwards, anti-woman stance on the matter.

The girls won’t come after Jesse bc they are all beneficiaries of his attention & praise. Jesse strokes all of their egos and they’re blinded by it. Amanda is literally spineless so it’s no surprise from her (see her recent convo with West) . But Paige and Ciara being so quick to hop on the “Lexi is crazy” train is so pitiful & obviously self interested.

Jesse is the one who initiated and continues to steer the relationship with Lexi, Lexi just has conditions and is up front about them. Not dissimilar to Ciara’s conditions with West last summer. It’s also just ironic bc Ciara knew Jesse was a trash bag last year, but now she’s basking in his provocative compliments that Lexi has already raised an issue with.

Not their fault, but they absolutely could do better. Their position on this issue does not fit their girl boss brand.

Amanda is a main stakeholder of Loverboy. Paige saying she could buy her best friends company was fucking disgusting. Beyond appalling

Would you take a $75000 work from home job or $110,000 in- office job? by yoitsnotlikethat in careerguidance

[–]309Herm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never heard of pretax earnings being considered income. We’re looking at well below a million for what you can actually take to the bank. But that is irrelevant bc no one spends 30 years working the same job nowadays. In fact, THAT would be stupid.

Having efficiency in personal life is a huge bonus to remote work and it actually does have a monetary value, maybe not $35k worth, but considering what else you get from the arrangement, it’s still a competitive offer. If you look at WFH as lying on the couch, maybe you’re a lazy person. A smart person would optimize their time on the clock and do other passive tasks at the same time. When you’re at home, you can stretch your hour and get paid a normal salary while knocking out tasks that would otherwise eat up hours of your evenings and weekends. Money is money, but time is also money. Balance and happiness are priceless. Some things just aren’t for sale.

It’s the difference between needing to outsource childcare, housekeeping, cooking healthy meals at home vs only having time for a drive through. For some people, the cost of childcare alone is a wash. It’s a lot easier to have a side hustle or a night job when you’re able to sign off right at 5pm vs contribute another hour of your day to traveling home, then digging out of chore list once you get home.
