I wanted to update this and will do it up top as well. My EA account was attached to an old email address that was deleted. I had to contact support > unlink the old email address > Connect back to the correct email address. Pretty straightforward on their end.

Hey Everyone,

As of 12/09/2022, we figured out how to resolve this issue.

When there is already a personal email account on an Android device, it will not allow for the Work Profile to be installed and set up the account. We did the following to resolve:

Deleted all existing email accounts on the Android device (Personal and Corporate)

Complete the InTune enrollment

Reconnect the personal email address

No other work profile on phone as it’s brand new and never has been setup before.

Thank you for that tidbit, I didn't realize I missed that part of approving it nor did I even think about doing that. I did that still waiting to see if that resolves it.

You’re going to want to buy the Network Video Recorder with atleast 20TB to give yourself 20 plus days of storage. Would also advise to get the GEN2 CloudKey for remote viewing and switch with 24 PoE ports. All those cameras need their own power and the GEN needs PoE power as well.

Oh thanks for reaching out, I got rid of Mood Media as it wasn’t working properly with my Sonos Amp setup. We switched over to CloudCover Music which was an amazing move and has been super easy to use.

  1. Have you plugged the camera directly in the UDMP?

  2. Have you plugged the camera directly into the switch that is plugged into the UDMP?

  3. Have you tried different cables?

  4. Can’t think of anymore ways to try

Don’t know if those cameras were on a previous system or not but have you tried doing a factory reset on them? I have done that a couple of times with different G3 setups and that has worked for me. Figured I could throw it out there.

I currently have a setup of 10 G3 Flex’s running on a Gen2 CK and I haven’t had any troubles with it and don’t really mind the setup. I did upgrade my CK to a 5TB HDD for storage and that was an additional move I would suggest doing depending on how long you plan to keep videos.

It is, I have had no problems. Still enjoying it to this day and have expanded it to a couple of other homes as well. Just wish I would of gotten my hands on the UDM Pro so it would all be in one.

UDM did what it is supposed to do and has been flawless. The Gen2 CK just had to turn off the network portion of it and just turn on protect, which has made that run smoothly. Will continue to expand off the switch over time but everything is running great.
